What is Delivery Time?
All our products are created on demand, which means that your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed. Customer(s) can expect to receive their products 10-21 business days (usually sooner) after their order has been received.
Please note that delays with the carrier may occur that fall beyond our control.
How can I track my order?
After purchasing a product, you should receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

I received my order, but there's something wrong with it. What now?

USPS confirmed delivery of my item, but it has not been received. Why not?
Although rare, in the case of any missing packages, please contact USPS in order to locate the missing/stolen item(s). In addition, please contact us at email@example.com so that way we can help locate your package as quickly as possible.
Why did I not receive all my items in my package?
Occasionally, items ship separately depending on the size and availability of the product you ordered. Please check your notification emails for multiple tracking numbers. If there are multiple trackers, you will receive the remainder of your order in a separate package around the same time as your first package. If you only have one tracking number and have not received your entire order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
